He changed the face of music (forever!)

I don't even know who this is, but I don't care. Let's just call him Mr. Trololo.  I've seen lots of other YouTube versions of this song by different artists, but they're an abomination.  We don't care about them, do we? Mr. Trololo is the best.

  1. I'm sorry, Margaret, but he looks like a dork. I simply cannot get past his dorklook.

  2. That's his whole charm. That, and the fact that his teeth match his jacket.

  3. You made me choke on my yogurt! Actually his teeth match his shirt, at least in the cover photo. Roy Orbison was a dork, too, but lovable.

  4. Roy Orbison could sing and had an other-worldly quality (my two faves: "Crying" and "It's Over"). This guy is sublimely dorky, to the point of transcendence. But yeah, Orbison did look odd, like he didn't get out in the sun much. Never could figure out if he was blind or if the shades were just an Elvis-esque prop. He also died shockingly young, one of these people who just dropped dead of a heart attack.
